Cancellations and returns
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on all products ordered.
However, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Please contact us before mailing your Kit back to us.
- All goods must be returned in their original packing and undamaged.
- All goods ordered must be returned with all manuals and accessories supplied
- Goods returned and inspected to have parts missing, packaging damaged and in a condition that is not resalable will be charged 25% of the invoice value excluding delivery charges - unless we were advised immediately upon receipt of damage or parts missing.
- Postal and delivery charges are not refundable unless the Kit was received damaged
Cancellation rights
Under the Distance Selling Act 2000 you have the right to cancel your order. After you make your purchase you have seven working days starting from the day after you receive your product.
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within seven days of the date of collection or delivery. On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty.

If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
Damaged or faulty kits
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from receipt. Any damage or faults caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse is not covered by our guarantee.
If you receive faulty goods please contact us immediately on 0800 612 8716 or emailing us at and we will send you a replacement.
If the fault has developed within the manufacturer's one year guarantee, we will repair or replace the item/s for you free of charge.
Damaged in Transit
If you suspect the packaging to be damaged please do not sign for the delivery and ask for the parcel to be returned to us. All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights.
